The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet has approved the proposal of Ministry of Home Affairs to inducted four IPS officers into the ‘hard-core’ of Intelligence Bureau (IB).

The names of these officers are as follows:

  1. Dipanker Trivedi (IPS: 2003: GJ)
  2. Amrita Dash (IPS: 2006: OD)
  3. Ake Ravi Krishna (IPS: 2006: AP)
  4. Veena Bharti (IPS: 2007: HP)
