The Delhi government on Friday (May 8, 2026) carried out a major administrative reshuffle by issuing transfer and posting orders for 23 IAS and DANICS officers.
The names of the officers and their new postings are as follows;
- Navin Kumar Choudhary (IAS:1994:AGMUT), Additional Chief Secretary (I&FC) holding additional charge of Additional Chief Secretary (PWD), has been relieved of the charge of PWD and given additional charge of Additional Chief Secretary, GAD.
- Sandeep Kumar (IAS:1997:AGMUT), Principal Secretary (Vigilance) holding additional charge of Principal Secretary (Services) and Chairman (DSSSB), has been transferred and posted as Principal Secretary (PWD).
- Dilraj Kaur (IAS:2000:AGMUT), awaiting posting, has been appointed as Managing Director (DCHFCC) with additional charge of Managing Director (DSFDC).
- Vikas Anand (IAS:2002:AGMUT), Secretary to Chief Minister holding additional charge of Secretary (I&P), has been assigned additional charge of Director (UTCS).
- Nandini Paliwal (IAS:2003:AGMUT), awaiting posting, has been appointed as Secretary (Vigilance) with additional charge of Secretary (Services) and Chairman (DSSSB).
- Yashpal Garg (IAS:2008:AGMUT), Secretary (Planning) holding additional charge of Secretary (Land & Building), has been given additional charge of Development Commissioner.
- Niraj Kumar (IAS:2010:AGMUT), Special Secretary (SC/ST/OBC), has been given additional charge of Director (Social Welfare) and ED, DSFDC.
- G Sudhakar (IAS:2012:AGMUT), Deputy Commissioner/DM (Old Delhi) holding additional charge of MD, SRDC, has been transferred and posted as Director (WCD) with additional charge of MD (SULM).
- Kishore Kshirsagar Lakshman (IAS:2016:AGMUT), Special Secretary to Lieutenant Governor, Delhi, has been transferred and posted as Deputy Commissioner/DM (Old Delhi) with additional charge of MD (SRDC).
- Yash Chaudhary (IAS:2017:AGMUT), Director (Social Welfare) holding additional charge of Special Secretary (Health), has been posted as Special Secretary (Health).
- Cheemala Siva Gopal Reddy (IAS:2020:AGMUT), Additional CEO, Delhi Jal Board holding additional charge of CVO, Delhi Jal Board, has been transferred and posted as Special Secretary to Lieutenant Governor, Delhi.
- Rajeev Singh (IAS:2021:AGMUT), MCD, has been transferred and posted as Member (DUSIB) with additional charge of Special Secretary (L&B).
- Prashant Kumar (DANICS:2010), MD (DCHFC) holding additional charge of Additional Secretary (PGC), CMO, has been posted as Additional Secretary (PGC), CMO with additional charge of Director (DIP).
- Puneet Kumar Patel (DANICS:2012), Additional Secretary (UD) holding additional charge of ADM (Central), Revenue Department, has been transferred and posted as ADM (Central), Revenue Department.
- Ankit Kumar Agrawal (DANICS:2014), ADM (East), Revenue Department, has been posted as Secretary to Minister (Home, Power, Urban Development, Education, Higher Education, Training & Technical Education).
- Atul Pandey (DANICS:2014), Joint Commissioner (Transport), has been posted as Secretary to Minister (PWD, Legislative Affairs, Irrigation & Flood Control, Water and Gurudwara Elections).
- Kamlesh Kumar (DANICS:2014), ADM (North-East), Revenue Department, has been transferred and posted as Joint Secretary to Lieutenant Governor, Delhi.
- Sanjay Sondhi (DANICS:2015), Joint Secretary (L&B), has been transferred and posted as Joint Director, Education.
- Mohan Kumar (DANICS:2016), Joint Commissioner (Development), has been posted as Joint Commissioner (Development) with additional charge of ADM (East), Revenue Department.
- Asheesh Kumar (DANICS:2018), awaiting posting, has been appointed as Assistant Commissioner (F&S).
- Aditya Kumar Asthana (DANICS:2018), SDM (HQ), Revenue Department, has been transferred and posted as Assistant Commissioner (F&S).
- Anuj Kumar Bharti (DANICS:2018), Deputy Director (Education), has been transferred and posted as Superintendent (Prisons).
- Vijay Singh Malik (DANICS:2019), awaiting posting, has been appointed as Deputy Secretary (UD).
