K Timothy Zimik promoted to Chief Commissioner of Income Tax grade

K Timothy Zimik (IRS-IT:1985) has been promoted to the grade of the Chief Commissioner of Income Tax. According to an order issued by the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT) on Tuesday (15.11.2022), the Appointments Committee of the Cabinet has approved the empanelment of Mr. Zimik for promotion to the grade of the Chief Commissioner of Income Tax in Indian Revenue Service (Income Tax) for the panel year 2018.

Dr. Tata Narasinga Rao appointed as Director, ARCI Hyderabad

Dr. Tata Narasinga Rao has been appointed as Director of the International Advanced Research Centre for Powder Metallurgy & New Materials (ARCI), Hyderabad. According to an order issued by the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT) on Tuesday (15.11.2022), the Appointments Committee of the Cabinet has approved the appointment of Dr. Rao to the post of Director of ARCI. Department of Commerce Joint Secretary Anant Swarup gets extension

The central deputation tenure of Anant Swarup (IRPS:1992) as Joint Secretary, Department of Commerce has been extended for a period of two years. According to an order issued by the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT) on Tuesday (15.11.2022), the Appointments Committee of the Cabinet has approved the proposal of the Department of Commerce to extend the deputation tenure of Mr. Swarup for a period of two years beyond 28.11.2022 or until further orders, whichever is earlier.

Raghubir Lal gets extension as Joint Secretary, Lok Sabha Secretariat

The deputation tenure of Raghubir Lal (IPS:1997:UP) as Joint Secretary (Security) (IG level) in the Lok Sabha Secretariat has been extended for a period of one year two days. Ajay Kumar Yadav gets extension as IG, CRPF

The central deputation tenure of Ajay Kumar Yadav (IPS:1996:HP) as Inspector General (IG) of the Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) has been extended for a period of two years. Ravinesh Kumar gets extension as Financial Advisor, NDMA

The central deputation tenure of Ravinesh Kumar (IDAS:1994) as Financial Advisor (JS level), National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA) under the Ministry of Home Affairs has been extended for a period of one year. According to an order issued by the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT) on Tuesday (15.11.2022), the Appointments Committee of the Cabinet has approved the proposal of the Ministry of Home Affairs to extend the deputation tenure of Mr. Kumar for a period of one year beyond 10.10.2022 or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
