In a major reshuffle in Punjab Police, the State Government on Saturday issued transfer and posting orders of 32 IPS officers.

K I Yanger, Commissioner and Secretary, excise has been transferred as commissioner and secretary, power; KD Vizo, Commissioner and Secretary, power and IT&C relieved of the charge of Commissioner and Secretary, power; L Akato Sema, secretary, Agriculture, given additional charge of secretary excise; Rovilatuo Mor, home secretary, has been given additional charge of NSDMA; Temsunaro Aier, NCS, additional secretary, Veterinary.

In an administrative reshuffle, the Yogi Adityanath-led Uttar Pradesh government has on Friday transferred 21 Indian Police Service (IPS) officers in the state.

Rajinder Pal Singh (IPS:1987: UP) has got his first-ever assignment post return from the central deputation. Singh has been appointed as the Additional Director General, Economic Offence Wing (EOW) and also given the additional charge of SIT.
