Sunil Barthwal promoted to Chief Secretary grade in Bihar

Sunil Barthwal (IAS:1989:BH) working on central deputation as Commissioner, Central Provident Fund, Government of India, has been accorded proforma promotion to the Chief Secretary grade in Bihar.
