Delhi Municipal Corporation transfers five officers in administrative reshuffle

New Delhi: The Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD) on Wednesday (October 21, 2026) issued transfer and posting orders for five officers, including IAS and IPS officers, with immediate effect.

The names of the officers and their postings are as follows;

1. Shweta Nagarkoti (IAS:2020:AGMUT), Deputy Commissioner, North Zone, has been transferred and posted as Deputy Commissioner, Central Zone.
2. Cheemala Siva Gopal Reddy (IAS:2020:AGMUT), who was awaiting posting, has been appointed Deputy Commissioner, South East Zone.
3. Ayushi (IAS:2022:AGMUT), Deputy Commissioner, Central Zone, has been transferred and posted as Director (Education).
4. Dr. Sachin Gupta (IPS:2014:PB), Deputy Commissioner, South East Zone, has been transferred and posted as Deputy Commissioner, North Zone.
5. Nikhil Tiwari (IOFS), Director (Education) on the LAC, who was also holding additional charges in various departments, has been transferred as Deputy Commissioner (Advertisement & RP Cell), Director (Printing & Stationery), Director (Grievance Cell & Corruption Complaint Cell), and Estate Officer, with the additional charge of Assessor & Collector.
