New Delhi: IAS Officer P Hemalatha (IAS:2000:KN), Development Commissioner, SEZ Cochin, has been given additional charge of Chairman, Marine Products Export Development Authority (MPEDA) at Joint Secretary level.
According to an order issued by the Appointments Committee of the Cabinet (ACC) on Wednesday (August 19, 2026), the Committee approved ex-post facto the proposal of the Department of Commerce for entrustment of the additional charge to Hemalatha for the period from March 18, 2026 to May 24, 2026.
