New Delhi: The deputation tenure of Ritu Pande (ITS:1997), serving as Chief Vigilance Officer (CVO) of National Buildings Construction Corporation Limited (NBCC), has been extended for a further period of two years.
According to an order issued by the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT) on Thursday (August 6, 2026), the competent authority has approved the proposal to extend her deputation tenure for a further period of two years beyond December 11, 2026, i.e. up to December 11, 2028, or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
Ritu Pande was appointed as CVO of NBCC on December 11, 2023, for an initial tenure of three years, which was scheduled to end on December 11, 2026.
With the latest extension, she will continue as CVO of NBCC till December 11, 2028, taking her total tenure in the post to five years.
