Senior diplomat Geetika Srivastava (IFS: 2005) has been appointed as the next Ambassador of India to the Republic of Lithuania. Presently, she is serving as Charge d’Affaires in the High Commission of India, Islamabad and is expected to take up the assignment shortly.
In a statement, the MEA said “Ms. Geetika Srivastava (IFS: 2005), presently Charge d’Affaires in the High Commission of India, Islamabad, has been appointed as the next Ambassador of India to the Republic of Lithuania.”
“She is expected to take up the assignment shortly,” the statement added.
