Maharashtra transfers four IAS officers; Anita Meshram appointed MGNREGS Commissioner

The Maharashtra government on Tuesday (June 9, 2026) issued transfer and posting orders for four IAS officers across the state.

The names of the officers and their posting are as follows;

1. Madhavi Khode Chaware (IAS:2007:MH), Additional Divisional Commissioner of Nagpur, has been transferred and posted as Secretary of the Minority Development Department, Mantralaya, Mumbai.
2. Sunil Mahindraka (IAS:2015:MH) has been appointed as Additional Controller of Stamps, Mumbai.
3. Anita Meshram (IAS:2015:MH), Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Akola, has been transferred and posted as Commissioner, Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Scheme (MGNREGS), Nagpur.
4. Aditya Jiwane (IAS:2021:MH), Joint Managing Director, Mahavitaran (MahaDiscom), Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, has been appointed as Commissioner, Jalgaon Municipal Corporation.
