IAS Krishna Kumar appointed Deputy Secretary in D/o Rural Development

IAS officer Krishna Kumar (IAS:2013:MN) has been appointed as Deputy Secretary in the Department of Rural Development for a period of four years.

According to an order issued by the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT) on March 23, 2026, the competent authority has approved his appointment under the central staffing scheme. His tenure will be for four years from the date of taking charge of the post or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
