The Uttar Pradesh government on Tuesday (July 22, 2025) issued transfer and posting orders involving a total of nine officers, including three IAS officers and six PCS officers, affecting various key positions across the state.
The three IAS officers transferred are:
- Arvind Kumar Mishra (IAS:2018:UP), Chief Development Officer, Farrukhabad, has been transferred and posted as Additional Director, Information.
- Vinod Kumar Goud (IAS:2020:UP), Deputy Secretary, UP Public Service Commission, Prayagraj, has been posted as Chief Development Officer, Farrukhabad.
- Dr. Alka Verma (IAS:2016:UP), awaiting posting, has been appointed as Director (Administration), Medical and Health Services.
- Gaurav Ranjan Srivastava, Additional District Magistrate (Finance & Revenue), Bahraich, has been transferred and posted as Deputy Secretary, UP Public Service Commission, Prayagraj.
- Amit Kumar-II, Additional District Magistrate (City East), Lucknow, has been shifted as ADM (Finance & Revenue), Bahraich.
- Mahendra Pal Singh, ADM (Finance & Revenue), Auraiya, has been posted as ADM (City East), Lucknow.
- Avinash Chandra Maurya, Deputy Director, Mandi Parishad, Lucknow, shifted as ADM (Finance & Revenue), Auraiya.
- Narendra Singh, SDM, Muradabad, has been transferred as Deputy Director, Mandi Parishad, Lucknow.
- Garima Swaroop, Joint Director, Child Development, has been appointed as Special Officer, Office of Chief Electoral Officer.
