In a significant administrative development, the Punjab Government on Sunday (18.05.20205) revoked the suspension orders of two senior Punjab Police Service (PPS) officers with immediate effect.
Swarandeep Singh, PPS, has been reinstated and directed to assume charge as AIG, Flying Squad, Vigilance Bureau, Punjab, at SAS Nagar (Mohali).
Similarly, the suspension of Harpreet Singh Mander, PPS, has also been revoked. He has been appointed as SSP, Vigilance Bureau, Jalandhar, and his suspension period too shall be considered a duty.
