New Delhi: Haryana cadre IAS officer Rahul Hooda (IAS:2015:HY) has been appointed Deputy Secretary in the Ministry of Civil Aviation, Delhi, for a period of four years.
According to an order issued by the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT) on Monday (October 19, 2026), the competent authority has approved his appointment under the Central Staffing Scheme. for four years from the date he assumes charge of the post, or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
Prior to this appointment, Rahul Hooda was serving as Special Secretary to the Government of Haryana in the Revenue and Disaster Management Department.
