Delhi: Dr. Kinny Singh transferred as Deputy Commissioner/DM, West District

The Delhi government has issued transfer orders for Dr. Kinny Singh (IAS:2014:AGMUT), relocating her from the role of Special Secretary, Services to the position of Deputy Commissioner/DM in the West district.
