Nila Mohanan (IAS:2007:AGMUT) has been selected for appointment as Deputy Secretary in the Department of Personnel and Training, New Delhi for a period of four years. She is presently serving as Secretary, Education, Industries Trade & Commerce, Health and Handicrafts Textile & Coir, Government of Goa.
