PESB invites applications for Director (HR), HAL

New Delhi: The Public Enterprises Selection Board (PESB) has invited applications for the post of Director (Human Resources), Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL).

According to a vacancy notification issued on Monday (September 21, 2026), eligible candidates can submit their applications online through the PESB portal by 3:00 PM on October 12, 2026.

Applications of all candidates, except those employed in private sector companies, are required to be forwarded to the PESB by the concerned Nodal Officer, Head of Organisation, Competent Authority, Administrative Secretary or Cadre Controlling Authority by 5:00 PM on October 21, 2026.

According to the vacancy advertisement, the post will fall vacant on June 1, 2027, following the retirement of incumbent M.G. Balasubrahmanya on May 31, 2027. He has been serving as Director (Human Resources) at HAL since May 2025.
