Rajasthan : 103 IAS officers shifted, Rajeeva Swarup appointed as New Chief Secretary

In a major bureaucratic reshuffle, the Rajasthan government has appointed Rajeeva Swarup as the new chief secretary replacing DB Gupta and transferred over 103 IAS officers.
