R Subrahmanyam (IAS:1985:AP) was on Thursday (30.09.2021) assigned additional charge of the posts of Secretary, National Commission for Scheduled Castes (NCSC) and Secretary, National Commission for Backward Classes (NCBC) till the appointment of a regular incumbent or until further orders. Presently, he is Secretary, Department of Social Justice & Empowerment.
