New Delhi: IAS Officer Nipun Jindal (IAS:2014:HP) has been appointed as Deputy Secretary in the Department of Economic Affairs (DEA), Delhi, for four years.
According to an order issued by the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT) on Thursday (July 16, 2026), the competent authority has approved his appointment under central staffing scheme for a period of four years from the date of taking over charge of the post or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
Prior to this central deputation, he was serving as Director of Digital Technologies and Governance and Managing Director of the Himachal Road Transport Corporation (HRTC) in Himachal Pradesh.
