Justice Sabina is Acting Chief Justice of Himachal Pradesh High Court

The Union government issued notification appointing Justice Sabina, senior-most Judge of the Himachal Pradesh High Court to perform the duties of the office of the Chief Justice of that High Court. The above appointment has been made in consequence of the retirement of Justice Mohammad Rafiq, Chief Justice, Himachal Pradesh High Court. This appointment has been made with effect from 25.05.2022
