Govind Mohan (IAS:1989:SK) was on Wednesday (22.09.2021) appointed as Secretary, Ministry of Culture. He will succeed Raghvendra Singh (Retd.IAS:1983:WB) upon completion of his term on 30.09.2021. Presently, he is Additional Secretary, Ministry of Home Affairs.
