Govind Mohan gets additional charge of Secretary, Cooperation Ministry

New Delhi: Senior IAS officer Govind Mohan (IAS:1989:SK), Home Secretary, Government of India, has been given additional charge of Secretary, Ministry of Cooperation.

According to an order issued by the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT) on Wednesday (September 16, 2026), the competent authority has approved the assignment of additional charge to Mohan during the period of absence on leave of incumbent Ashish Kumar Bhutani (IAS:1992:AM).

Mohan will hold the additional charge from September 17, 2026 to September 26, 2026.
