Dr. D K Sunil has been appointed as Director (Engineering and R&D), Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL). According to an order issued by the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT) on Tuesday (27.09.2022), the Appointments Committee of the Cabinet has approved the proposal of Department of Defence Production to appoint Dr. Sunil to the post from the date of his assumption of charge of the post till 30.04.2026 i.e. the date of his superannuation, or until further orders, whichever is earlier. Presently, he is serving as Chief Designer, HAL.
