Delhi govt transfers 16 IAS/DANICS officers

New Delhi: The Delhi Government on Friday (August 7, 2026) issued a transfer and posting order for 16 IAS and DANICS officers with immediate effect.

The officers have been posted as follows:

1. Vivek Pandey (IAS:2003:AGMUT), on joining GNCTD, has been posted as Secretary (UD).
2. Garima Gupta (IAS:2004:AGMUT), awaiting posting, has been posted as Secretary (AR).
3. Vijay Kumar Bidhuri (IAS:2005:AGMUT), Secretary (UD) holding additional charge of Secretary (Environment & Forest) and Chairman (DPCC), has been transferred as Secretary (Environment & Forest) with additional charge of Chairman (DPCC).
4. Amjad Tak (IAS:2005:AGMUT), on joining GNCTD, has been posted as Secretary (Finance).
5. Ajay Kumar Gupta (IAS:2009:AGMUT), awaiting posting, has been posted as Commissioner (Food Safety) with additional charge of Secretary (Home).
6. Arti Lal Sharma (IAS:2010:AGMUT), awaiting posting, has been posted as Secretary (I&FC).
7. Jitender Kumar Jain (IAS:2013:AGMUT), Special Director (Employment) holding additional charge of Commissioner (Food Safety), has been transferred as Special Commissioner (Food & Supplies).
8. Awanish Kumar (IAS:2014:AGMUT), on joining GNCTD, has been posted as Director (Higher Education & TTE).
9. Ankita Anand (IAS:2015:AGMUT), on joining GNCTD, has been posted as Director (Education).
10. Veditha Reddy (IAS:2015:AGMUT), Director (Education), has been transferred as Special Secretary (Women & Child Development).
11. Dilkhush Meena (IAS:2019:AGMUT), Deputy Commissioner (MCD), has been posted as Member, DUSIB.
12. Azharuddin Ziauddin Quazi (IAS:2020:AGMUT), Member (DUSIB) holding additional charge of CVO, DTL/IPGCL & PPCL, has been transferred as Deputy Commissioner (MCD).
13. Shweta Nagarkoti (IAS:2020:AGMUT), awaiting posting, has been posted as Deputy Commissioner (MCD).
14. Raj Kumar (DANICS:1995), awaiting posting, has been posted as Special Secretary (GAD).
15. Jatin Goyal (DANICS:2012), awaiting posting, has been posted as Additional Director (Education).
16. Nidhi Sarohe (DANICS:2014), Joint Secretary (PGC) in the Office of the Chief Minister holding additional charge of Joint Commissioner (Transport), has been transferred as Joint Commissioner (Transport).
