Krishnakumar Anirudh Thakur selected as Director (HR), BHEL

Krishnakumar Anirudh Thakur has been selected for the post of Director (Human Resources), Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (BHEL) at a Public Enterprises Selection Board (PESB) meeting held on November 10, 2022. Presently, he is working as Chief Personnel Officer, Indian Railways Personnel Service.

He will be appointed to the post of Director (Human Resources), after receiving vigilance clearances and an approval from the Appointments Committee of the Cabinet.

Assam: 4 IAS officers shifted, Diwakar Nath Mishra posted as Secretary, Transformation & Development

The Assam government on Monday (07.11.2021) issued transfer and posting orders for four IAS officers.

The names of the officers and their postings are as follows :

Haryana : Four IFS/IAS officers assigned additional charges

The Haryana Pradesh government on Monday (07.1a.2021) gave additional charge to its four senior officers.

The names of the officers and their postings are as follows :

  1. M D Sinha (IFS:1989:HY), Principal Secretary, Tourism Department has been given additional charge of the post of Principal Secretary, Archaeology & Museums Department.
  2. Dr. Raja Sekhar Vundru (IAS:1990:HY), Additional Chief Secretary, Labour Department has been given additional charge of Additional Chief Secretary, Archives Department.
  3. Ashok Kumar Meena (IAS:2006:HY), Commissioner/ Secretary, Excise & Taxation Department has been given additional charge Commissioner, Food & Drugs Administration.
  4. Yashendra Singh (IAS:2011:HY), Chief Executive, Haryana Khadi & Village Industries Board has been given additional charge of the post of Director/Special Secretary, Employment.

Ganesh Kumar appointed IG, SSB

Ganesh Kumar (IPS:2000:BH) has been appointed as Inspector General (IG) of Sashashtra Seema Bal (SSB) for a period of five years. In an order issued by the Ministry of Home Affairs on Wednesday (09.11.2022), the competent authority has approved the appointment of Mr. Kumar to post from the date of assumption of the charge or until further orders are issued, whichever is earlier.

Amrendra Kumar Sengar appointed as IG, SSB

Amrendra Kumar Sengar (IPS:1995:UP) has been appointed as Inspector General (IG) of Sashashtra Seema Bal (SSB). He has been laterally shifted from IG, NDRF. In an order issued by the Ministry of Home Affairs on Wednesday (09.11.2022), the competent authority has approved the appointment of Mr. Sengar to post from the date of joining the post until 6.12.2023 or until further orders are issued, whichever is earlier. His central deputation tenure was also extended in the same order.

Manisha Meena re-designated as Director in Department of Commerce

The post of Manisha Meena (IES:2008) as Deputy Secretary in the Department of Commerce has been re-designated as Director. According to an order issued by the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT) on Wednesday (09.11.2022), the competent authority has approved the proposal to re-designate Ms. Meena as Director with effect from the date of assumption of charge of the re-designated post and for a period up to 02.08.2024 i.e. total five years tenure under the central staffing scheme.

Dr. Sharad Kumar selected as Member(Operations), Airports Authority of India

Dr. Sharad Kumar is set to be new Member(Operations), Airports Authority of India (AAI). Kumar’s name has been recommended by a Public Enterprises Selection Board (PESB) panel on Wednesday (09.11.2022). He is currently serving as Executive Director, AAI.

He will be appointed to the post of Member(Operations), after receiving vigilance clearances and an approval from the Appointments Committee of the Cabinet.

The following 06 applicants were interviewed in the selection meeting :
