Bihar: 17 more IPS officers shifted

The Bihar government on Saturday made another round of changes in the police administration. In its third list in as many days, 17 IPS officers were shifted to new assignments. A total of 55 IPS officers have been transferred in the past three days.

The names of the officers and their postings are as follows;

1. Dr. Swapna Gautam Meshram (IAS:2011:BH), SP, Aurangabad, has been transferred and posted as Commandant, BSAP-17, Bodhgaya.
2. Deepak Ranjan (IPS:2012:BH), Commandant, BSAP-3, Bodhgaya with additional charge of Commandant, BSAP-17, Bodhgaya, has been transferred and posted as Commandant, BSAP-3, Bodhgaya.
3. Vidya Sagar (IPS:2016:BH), Additional Director-cum-Assistant State Fire Officer, has been transferred and posted as SP, Rural, Muzaffarpur.
4. Shubhank Mishra (IPS:2019:BH), Sub Divisional Police Officer-I, Dehri, Rohtas, has been transferred and posted as City SP (East), Patna.
5. K Ramdas (IPS:2019:BH), Sub Divisional Police Officer-I, Sherghati, Gaya, has been transferred and posted as City SP, Bhagalpur.
6. Sweety Sahrawat (IPS:2020:BH), Sub Divisional Police Officer-I, Sadar, Patna, has been transferred and posted as City SP (Central), Patna.
7. Sarath R S (IPS:2020:BH), Sub Divisional Police Officer-I, Patna City, Patna, has been transferred and posted as City SP (West), Patna.
8. Vikram Sihag (IPS:2020:BH), Sub Divisional Police Officer-I, Phulwari Sharif, Patna, has been transferred and posted as City SP, Muzaffarpur.
9. Aparajita (IPS:2020:BH), Sub Divisional Police Officer-I, Barh, Patna, has been transferred and posted as SP, Traffic, Patna.
10. Rakesh Kumar Dubey (IPS), SP, awaiting posting orders, has been posted as Assistant IG, BSAP, Patna.
11. Vishwajeet Dayal (IPS), Additional SP, CID, Patna, has been transferred and posted as SP, Rural, Patna.
12. Ashok Kumar Chaudhary (IPS), SP, Traffic, Patna, has been transferred and posted as City SP, Darbhanga.
13. Kota Kiran Kumar (IPS:2021:BH), Assistant SP, Muzaffarpur, has been transferred and posted as Sub Divisional Police Officer-I, Dehri, Rohtas.
14. Diksha Arun Bhaware (IPS:2021:BH), Assistant SP, Patna, has been transferred and posted as Assistant SP, CID, Patna.
15. Shailendra Singh (IPS:2021:BH), Assistant SP, Munger, has been transferred and posted as Sub Divisional Police Officer-I, Sherghati, Gaya
16. Abhinav (IPS:2022:BH), Assistant SP, Bhagalpur, has been transferred and posted as Sub Divisional Police Officer-I, Sadar, Patna.
17. Atulesh Jha (IPS:2022:BH), Assistant SP, Purnia, has been transferred and posted as Sub Divisional Police Officer-I, Patna City, Patna.
