Bhaskar (IRTS:2010), currently serving as Director in the Ministry of Women & Child Development, has been prematurely repatriated to his parent cadre.
According to an order issued by the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT) on Wednesday (June 10, 2026), the competent authority approved his premature repatriation on personal grounds with imposition of extended cooling off.
Notably, Bhaskar has been serving in the Ministry of Women & Child Development since April 26, 2022, when he joined the department as Deputy Secretary under the Central Staffing Scheme.
His initial tenure was fixed for four years. However, following his redesignation as Director in 2024, his central deputation tenure was extended up to April 26, 2027, taking his overall tenure under the Central Staffing Scheme to five years.
With the latest order, Bhaskar returns to his parent cadre before completion of his approved central deputation tenure.
