K S Dhatwalia appointed PIB’s Principal DG

Senior Indian Information Service officer K S Dhatwalia, on Monday, was appointed as the new Director General of Press Information Bureau (PIB). Dhatwalia will become the 28th DG of the PIB succeeding incumbent Sitanshu Ranjan Kar.

Dhatwalia, who is currently posted as the Principal DG, Training and Research, in New Delhi, would continue to hold the additional charge of DG, Indian Institute of Mass Communication (IIMC).
