Arti Chhabra Srivastava Prematurely Repatriated from CVC to Parent Cadre

New Delhi: Arti Chhabra Srivastava (IOFS:1990), serving as Additional Secretary (Joint Secretary level) in the Central Vigilance Commission (CVC), has been prematurely repatriated to her parent cadre.

According to an order issued by the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT) on Thursday (November 5, 2026), the competent authority has approved her premature repatriation to enable her to avail the benefits of promotion in her parent cadre.

Srivastava is scheduled to retire on January 31, 2027. She has been serving in the CVC as Additional Secretary (Joint Secretary level) since March 2022.

Before joining the CVC, she served as Chief Vigilance Officer (CVO) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) from December 16, 2018.
