DL Parmar appointed Deputy Secretary in Higher Education Department

New Delhi: Dilip Lalchand Parmar (IOFS:2014), who was recommended for central deputation by the Department of Defence Production, has been selected for appointment as Deputy Secretary in the Department of Higher Education, Delhi, for four years.

According to an order issued by the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT) on Thursday (October 15, 2026), his appointment has been approved under the Central Staffing Scheme for four years from the date of taking charge of the post or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
