Haryana govt issues fresh transfer and posting orders for 8 IPS, 1 HPS officer

Chandigarh: The Haryana Government on Saturday (September 5, 2026) issued fresh transfer and posting orders for eight IPS officers and one HPS officer. Notably, the fresh order includes five IPS officers who were part of the September 3 reshuffle involving 29 IPS officers. Of these, the transfer/posting orders of three officers have been cancelled and they have been assigned new postings, while two officers have been given fresh assignments.

The names of the officers and their postings are as follows;

1. Lokender Singh (IPS:2014:HY), who was posted as SP, Security, CID-I (H) with additional charges of SP, ATS (H) and SP, Commando, Newal, on September 3, 2026, has now been posted as SP, State Crime Bureau (H).
2. Surinder Singh Bhoria (IPS:2014:HY), SP, STF, Panchkula, has been transferred and posted as Commandant, 5th Battalion, HAP, Madhuban.
3. Narendra Bijarniya (IPS:2015:HY), SP, Karnal, has been transferred and posted as Commandant, 1st IRB, Bhondsi. The earlier government order dated September 3, 2026, regarding his posting as SP, STF (H), has been cancelled.
4. Varun Singla (IPS:2017:HY), SP, CID (H) with additional charge of SP, Anti-Terrorism Squad (ATS) (H), has been transferred and posted as SP, CID Security (H) with additional charge of SP, Anti-Terrorism Squad (ATS) (H).
5. Vikrant Bhushan (IPS:2017:HY), SP, STF (H), has been transferred and posted as SP, HSNCB, Panchkula.
6. Amit Yashvardhan (IPS:2018:HY), SP, Security, CID (H), has been given additional charge of SP, Commando, Newal, in addition to his present duties.
7. Medha Bhushan (IPS:2019:HY), DCP, East, Sonipat, has been transferred and posted as SP, Panipat. The earlier government order dated September 3, 2026, regarding her posting as SP, Palwal, has been cancelled.
8. Deepti Garg (IPS:2020:HY), DCP, Jhaj jar, has been transferred and posted as SP, Palwal. The earlier government order dated September 3, 2026, regarding her posting as SP, Panipat, has been cancelled.
9. Anil Kumar (HPS), SP, STF, Karnal, has been transferred and posted as SP, HSNCB, Karnal.
