New Delhi: IPS officer Sanjukta Parashar (IPS:2006:AM) has been appointed as Inspector General (IG) in the Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF),
According to an order issued by the Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) on August 6, 2026, the competent authority has approved her appointment as IG in the CRPF on the usual terms and conditions of central deputation.
Prior to her central deputation, Parashar was serving as Inspector General of Police (IGP), CID-I, Guwahati, Assam.
