Karnataka govt assigns additional charges to IAS, IFS officers in Sakala Mission

Bengaluru: The Karnataka government on Tuesday (July 21, 2026) assigned additional charges to one IAS officer and one Indian Forest Service (IFS) officer in the Sakala Mission, Bengaluru.

The names of the officers and their new assignments are as follows:

1. Vipin Singh (IFS:1998:KN), Additional Principal Chief Conservator of Forests and Project Director, HRMS, Bengaluru, has been placed in concurrent charge of the post of Additional Mission Director-I, Sakala Mission, Bengaluru.
2. Bhoyar Harshal Narayanrao (IAS:2016:KN), Director, Electronic Delivery of Citizen Services (EDCS), Department of Personnel and Administrative Reforms (e-Governance), Bengaluru, has been placed in concurrent charge of the post of Additional Mission Director-II, Sakala Mission, Bengaluru.
