Senior diplomat Rudra Gaurav Shresth (IFS:1999) has been appointed as the next Ambassador of India to the Republic of Turkiye. He is presently posted as Ambassador to the Islamic Republic of Iran and is expected to take up the assignment shortly.
In a statement, the MEA said “ Shri Rudra Gaurav Shresth (IFS:1999), presently Ambassador of India to the Islamic Republic of Iran, has been appointed as the next Ambassador of India to the Republic of Turkiye.”
“He is expected to take up the assignment shortly,” the statement added.
