Raju Narayan Swamy IAS

Dr Raju Narayana Swamy IAS, popularly known as Kerala’s anti-corruption crusader and firebrand officer, called upon students to build a spiritually grounded, technologically empowered and nationally conscious youth force capable of driving social transformation in Bharat from grassroots to the global stage. He was speaking at a career guidance programme titled “Empowering Young Minds for a Brighter Future” held at Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan, Wayanad.

Addressing the students, Dr Swamy said the mission of young minds should be to nurture physical, intellectual and spiritual development while applying AI and technology for social justice and national progress. He stressed the need to find solutions to social, environmental and economic challenges and highlighted the importance of nationalism as a practical guide for life to build a self-reliant nation.

He urged students to practise the Pancha Dharma core values — Seva, Satya, Sakti, Swaraj and Samriddhi — and make them part of their lives and work.

Highlighting the role of technology in nation building, Dr Swamy stressed the intelligent use of artificial intelligence for the development of the country. He referred to applications such as vernacular AI chatbots, smart kiosk inventory management systems, AI-based health pre-screening tools, GIS-based hotspot mapping and real-time impact dashboards as examples of technology-driven solutions that can contribute to societal development.

Surendran, Secretary of Bathery Temple Trust, and K G Gopala Pillai, Chairman of Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan, Wayanad, also graced the occasion.
