Three officers promoted as Advisor (Non-Discipline), NITI Aayog

The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet (ACC) has approved the promotion of three officers including Avinash Mishra to the post of Advisor (Non-Discipline) in NITI Aayog on personal upgradation basis.
