Akash Jain (IRS-IT:2013), who was recommended for central deputation by the Department of Revenue, has been appointed as Deputy Secretary in the National Recruitment Agency (NRA), Headquarters, New Delhi.
According to an order issued by the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT) on Friday (October 31, 2025), Mr. Jain will serve in the post under the Central Staffing Scheme for a period of four years from the date of taking over charge of the post or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
