16 Railway Officers empanelled as Joint Secretaries in Govt of India

ACC approves empanelment of 16 Railway officers from IRSE, IRSS, IRAS, IRPS, and IRTS to hold Joint Secretary or equivalent posts in Govt of India.

The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet (ACC) on Monday (September 22, 2025) approved the empanelment of 16 senior officers from different Railway services for appointment as Joint Secretary or equivalent in the Government of India.

The names of the officers are;

  2. Pakhare Suresh Bhagwan (IRSE:2001)
  3. Renya Ete (IRSE:2001)
  4. Souvik Sen Gupta (IRSE:2001)
  5. Amit Agarwal (IRSE:2002)
  6. Jyoti Singhal (IRSE:2002)
  7. Daroga Lal Yadava (IRSS:2002)
  8. Prashant Agarwal (IRSS:2002)
  9. Sunil Kumar Tiwari (IRSS:2002)
  10. Pallavi Joshi (IRAS:2004)
  11. Santosh Gunvant Parage (IRAS:2004)
