The Tamil Nadu government on Saturday (27.01.2024) issued transfer and posting orders for 12 IAS officers including collectors of many districts.
The names of the officers and their postings are as follows:
- G Prakash (IAS:2000:TN), Principal Secretary/Additional Secretary (Admin.) of Revenue Administration is transferred and posted as Principal Secretary/Commissioner of Agricultural Marketing and Agri. Business.
- M Lakshmi (IAS:2009:TN), formerly Director of Stationery and Printing, has been transferred and posted as Director of Welfare of the Differently Abled.
- Dr. S Natarajan (IAS:2010:TN), Director of Agricultural Marketing and Agri. Business has been transferred and posted as Additional Secretary (Admin.) of Revenue Administration.
- B Murugesh (IAS:2012:TN), Collector, Tiruvannamalai District, has been transferred and posted as Director of Agriculture.
- P Kumaravel Pandian (IAS:2014:TN), Collector, Vellore District, has been transferred and posted as Director of Horticulture and Plantation Crops.
- A K Kamal Kishore (IAS:2015:TN), Director of Welfare of the Differently Abled, has been transferred and posted as Collector, Tenkasi District.
- Dr. D Ravichandran (IAS:2015:TN), Collector, Tenkasi District, has been transferred and posted as Deputy Secretary, Higher Education Department.
- S Arunraj (IAS:2015:TN), Executive Director, Electronics Corporation of Tamil Nadu, has been transferred and posted as Collector, Chengalpattu District.
- Dr. R Brindha Devi (IAS:2016:TN), Director of Horticulture and Plantation Crops, has been transferred and posted as Collector, Salem District.
- D Baskara Pandian (IAS:2017:TN), Collector, Tirupathur District, has been transferred and posted as Collector, Tiruvannamalai District.
- K Tharpagaraj (IAS:2017:TN), Deputy Secretary, Higher Education, has been transferred and posted as Collector, Tirupathur District.
- VR Subbulaxmi (IAS:2018:TN), Joint Commissioner (Admin) of Commercial Tax, Chennai, has been transferred and posted as Collector, Vellore District.
