Nirupama Kotru gets extension as Joint Secretary, Ministry of Coal

The central deputation tenure of Nirupama Kotru (IRS-IT:1992) as Joint Secretary in the Ministry of Coal has been extended for two years. According to an order issued by the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT) on Monday (24.04.2023), the Appointments Committee of the Cabinet has approved the proposal of the Ministry of Coal to extend the deputation tenure of Mr. Kotru for a period of two years beyond 15.05.2023 or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
