K N Raghavan returns to parent cadre

K N Raghavan (IRS-C&IT:1990), Executive Director, Rubber Board, Kottayam, has been prematurely repatriated to his parent cadre. According to an order issued by the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT) on Wednesday (29.03.2023), the competent authority has approved the proposal of the Department of Commerce to repatriate Mr. Raghavan to his parent cadre on grounds of availing promotion in the cadre.
