Jitender Yadav (IAS:2010:AGMUT) has been appointed as Private Secretary to Anurag Singh Thakur, Minister for Information and Broadcasting & Youth Affairs and Sports in the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports. According to an order issued by the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT) on Wednesday (28.09.2022), the Appointments Committee of the Cabinet has approved the appointment of Mr. Yadav on co-terminus basis with the Minister with effect from the date of assumption of charge of the post or till he ceases to function as Private Secretary to the Minister or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
