Pankaj Kumar (IAS:1987:NL) has been given additional charge of the post of Secretary, Department of Justice, Ministry of Law and Justice. According to an order issued by the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT) on Thursday (31.03.2022), the Competent Authority has approved the assignment of additional charge of the post to Kumar with immediate effect and till the appointment of a regular incumbent or until further orders, whichever is earlier. Presently, he is Secretary, Department of Water Resources, River Development and Ganga Rejuvenation, Ministry of Jal Shakti.
