Himachal Pradesh : Ram Subhag Singh appointed as new Chief Secretary

Senior IAS officers Ram Subhag Singh (IAS:1987:HP), Additional Chief Secretary, Industry and Transport, was on Thursday appointed Chief Secretary, replacing Anil Khachi (IAS:1986:HP), who has been appointed the State Election Commissioner.
