Modi goverment, on Thursday, cleared the empanelment of as many as 14 IPS officers of 1992 and 1997 batch to hold Joint Secretary or equivalent rank posts in Govt of India.
They are :

6. Omendra Nath Bhaskar (IPS:1997:BH)
7. Jaideep Singh (IPS:1997:CG)
8. S Sadanand (IPS:1997:MN)
9. Janardan Singh (IPS:1997:NL)
10. Rahul Srivastav (IPS:1997:WB)
11. Devendra Singh Chauhan (IPS:1997:TG)
12. V Murugesan (IPS:1997:UK)
