The West Bengal government on Friday (26.08.2022) promoted senior IAS officer Dr Krishna Gupta (IAS:1991:WB) to the grade of Additional Chief Secretary (ACS). Before being promoted to the ACS grade, he was serving as Principal Secretary, Technical Education, Training & Skill Development.
