Th. Chitra Devi (IAS:2009:MN) has been appointed to the post of Director of Census Operations(DCO)/Director of Citizen Registration(DCR) (Deputy Secretary level), Manipur. According to an order issued by the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT) on Wednesday (24.08.2022), the competent authority has approved the appointment of Ms. Devi to the post under Central Staffing Scheme for a period upto 31.12.2025 or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
