The Supreme Court Collegium has reiterated its recommendation to elevate two Judicial Officers as Judges of the Bombay High Court.
They are ;
- U S Joshi-Phalke
- B P Deshpande
The collegium had on September 29, 2021 recommended the appointment of Joshi-Phalke and Deshpande. The file was returned by the Central government to the Collegium which chose to reiterate its recommendation.
