New Delhi: The Union Government on Thursday (August 20, 2026) notified the appointment of nine Advocates as Additional Judges of the Punjab & Haryana High Court.
The newly appointed Additional Judges are:
- Monica Chhibber Sharma
- Harmeet Singh Deol
- Pravindra Singh Chauhan
- Rajesh Gaur
- Puja Chopra
- Sunish Bindlish
- Minderjeet Yadav
- Divya Sharma
- Ravinder Malik
The Supreme Court Collegium, in its meeting held on May 4, 2026, had approved the proposal to elevate 10 Advocates as Additional Judges of the Punjab & Haryana High Court.
With the latest notification, the names of nine of the 10 recommended Advocates have been notified. Navdeep Singh, whose name was included in the Collegium’s recommendation, is the only name yet to be notified.
